Vegetables and Paneer Sandwich

This time, breakfast special. Most of the times, we look for those options in the breakfast, which are easy to cook. Specially, working folks and I understand this as I do the same. So this time, I am sharing the recipe of a veg sandwich. Well there are several ways to prepare it, nonetheless I still love to share with everyone my Modus Operandi.

Serving: One person

Time: 30 minutes (Cooking and Preparation)

Ingredients:

1) Mashed Paneer

2) One small Onion - Chopped

3) One small Capsicum - Chopped

4) Green Chilies

5) Cucumber - Sliced

6) Tomatoes - Sliced

7) Olives - Not mandatory

8) Coriander leaves

9) Three slices of bread

10) A slice of cheese
11) A pinch of salt and pepper
12) Dry basil - not mandatory
13) Half a tea spoon butter
14) Any cheese spread

Procedure:

Take a pan and add some butter into it. Once the butter is heated up, add chopped onions and capsicum.

Just saute them for two minutes and then add mashed Paneer.

Add necessary salt and mix all the ingredients. If Paneer has water then let it dry on slow burner. Once you dried the water in the Paneer, if it has, keep the vessel aside. Your Paneer mixture is ready.

Tip: In order to prepare this breakfast very quickly in the morning, prepare the Paneer mixture in the night only.

Take a slice of bread and apply any cheese spread on it. If you do not have a cheese spread, you can use butter as well.

Keep sliced cucumbers on top of it.

Add olives.

Keep another slice of bread on top of Olives and add the Paneer, Onion, and Capsicum from the pan.

Keep the slice of cheese on top of it.

Add sliced tomatoes on top of it.

Add Salt, Pepper and Coriander leaves. If you have dry basil or basil leaves, you can add them as well. It will bring great flavor.

Keep the third slice of bread on top of it and you are done. Now you can go ahead and grill the sandwich. In case you do not have a grill pan, take a normal pan, apply some butter, and keep the sandwich on slow burner. After 5 minutes, change the side, and your grilled vegetable sandwich is absolutely ready.

You can use potatoes in place of Paneer and can be creative in any manner. I hope you found my article interesting. Please share your feedback and let me know what else would you like me to write about.
