I believe that this is the most tempting dish which anybody can eat anytime and you do not have to wait for an occasion to enjoy this delicious dish. Yes, chocolate cake, which surprisingly, is not at all difficult to prepare. It just takes few ingredients and 45 minutes of your time. Let's see that how to prepare a mouth watering and a delicious chocolate cake.
Ingredients:
1) White flour - a small cup
2) Powdered sugar - 2 small cups
3) Butter - a teaspoon
4) Eggs - 3
5) Rich cocoa chocolate (I always use 2 big Cadbury's Bournville rich cocoa chocolates)
Procedure:
Take a double boiler and put the pieces of chocolate and butter in it. Chocolate is a delicate ingredient, so using direct heat to melt it using a stove is a no-no because it can burn the chocolate, if overheated. That is why, we use double boiler to melt the chocolate. Now, take a vessel and put the eggs in it. Add powdered sugar, and whip it thoroughly for the next 10 - 15 minutes until the sugar gets properly mixed. The more you whip it, the solution will become more white, which is an indication to add white flour and melted chocolate in it. You can add cashews and raisins, as per your wish, in to the mixture in order to prepare a nutty chocolate cake.You can also add a tea spoon of baking powder, not necessary though. Whip the entire solution for the next five minutes and preheat your convection oven. Take a baking dish and apply butter on all its sides. Finally, pour your chocolate mixture in to the baking dish and cook it in the convection oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. The aforementioned baking time is as per 250 ml of the chocolate mixture, and the more big a baking dish is, more time it will take to cook a chocolate cake.
