A very healthy breakfast dish and very easy to prepare.
Preparation time: 20-30 minutes
Serving: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
1) Chopped Cucumber - 1
2) Chopped Tomatoes - 2 small
3) Chopped Onion - 1(small)
4) Banana - 1
5) Chopped Apple - 1
6) Lemon - 1
7) Coriander leaves
8) Green Chilies - 2
9) Salt as per taste
Procedure:
Take a bowl and add chopped Cucumber into it.
Now add chopped tomatoes.
Add copped Onions.
Add chopped Apple.
Add Banana.
Now mix them well and lemon.
Add Coriander leaves and salt.
Mix them well. That's all, your sweet and sour salad is ready.
Take two slices of bread, roast them, and put some butter on it. Have them with sweet and sour salad, and I am sure that you will love it.
